Growing Season
2012 was a near perfect growing year. Light morning fog clearing to sunny and warm days, cool evenings. Breezes kept the fruit dry. Bunches were full of juice and the crop was bountiful. The vineyard was picked at 3am. The sky was clear and the chill in the air was perfect for keeping the grapes cold until processing began in the winery. The fruit was clean. Near perfection!
